About the role

Strictly obey code of conduct for employee and all rules and regulation. Be responsible for AV support on hotel events and meeting. Be responsible for preventive and maintenance for hotel AV equipment and facilities.

严格遵守员工守则及各项规章制度，负责酒店各种宴会，会议的跟进及技术支持。负责酒店公共配套设施中弱电相关的设备的维修及保养。

What you will do

Be responsible for following up hotel events and meeting including offering AV support.

负责酒店各种宴会，会议的跟进及技术支持。

With guidance of AV Supervisor, be responsible for daily preventive and maintenance for hotel AV equipment and facilities including TVs, Telephones, CCTV, background music，etc.

 于主管带领下，负责酒店电视，电话，监控，背景音乐等弱电设备维修及日常保养。

Accomplish maintenance orders timely and offer feedback to Supervisors.

按质按量完成接收到及主管安排的维修单并及时反馈。

Strictly conduct Preventive and Maintenance to make sure the normal operation of all AV equipments. Keep a tidy and clean equipment room.

严格执行设备维保制度，保证设备，机房及工作场地干净整齐。

Be familiar and acknowledged for hotel service. Understand and be acknowledged in AV system and other relevant equipments. Be of good practical ability of AV.

熟悉掌握酒店对客服务的要求，以及弱电调系统知识并具有较强的实际操作能力。

Strictly obey rules and regulation for AV equipment room. Assure a tidy and clean equipment room.

严格遵守弱电机房的值班制度和出入制度，保证机房设备的安全和整洁。

Arrive at site whenever there’s glitch in AV and recover the fault in a shortest time.

当弱电系统/设备发生故障时，及时到达故障现场进行修复。

Accomplish maintenance orders according to procedure.

严格按工作程序，保证维修单指定的工作及时、准确地完成。

Be familiar with AV system and equipment.

熟悉酒店弱电系统及相应设备。

Be responsible for preventive and maintenance for hotel AV system.

负责酒店弱电维修保养。

Be responsible for well keeping keys to equipment room and make record for any lending.

保管好工程各设备机房钥匙，代用钥匙做好登记。

Make daily around for equipment room and AV equipments and system and take record accordingly.

每班次对机房及相关设备进行巡查并做好记录。

Be responsible for emergency glitch. Report to AV Supervisor for assistance if he/she can not solve the problem alone.

值班人员负责对紧急维修进行处理，个人能力无法排队故障时，根据情况时通知弱电主管请求支援。

Other relevant issues assigned by leaders.

上级安排的其他工作。

What you bring

Being calm and patient and be of service passion.

Requires knowledge of the basic ability to operate computer.

具备基本电脑操作知识。

Be basic in reading, speaking and writing English.

具备基本英语听说读写能力。

Be familiar with hotel AV System and equipment.

熟悉酒店弱电设备及系统。

Learn and know hotel electrical equipment and facilities. Be of good abilities in judgement, re-action to emergency. Be able to run a harmony relationship with PM team and can manage and organize manpower.

对酒店机电工程设备，建筑设施等有较深了解，具备较强综合分析，判断能力及应急能力，具备协调运行人员关系，合理调配人力及一定的组织能力。
