岗位职责

JMP目前正在寻找经验丰富的大客户销售,以推动我们在中国市场的业务增长。在JMP Sales&BD职位中,你将致力于通过顾问式销售的方式向新老客户销售JMP产品系列,包括目标潜在客户及现有客户。

职责描述

• 完成JMP产品等相关业务的行业客户销售任务;

• 制定区域销售计划和大客户销售策略;

• 熟悉JMP产品,并能够根据客户需求提出合理解决方案;

• 挖掘:充分运用销售漏斗管理工具和预测来识别具有高潜力的客户,以此验证、预测并确保客户交易的完整流程;

• 不断开发大客户资源并做长期维护; • 与大客户建立良好长期合作关系,必要时出差至客户现场,以确保客户满意度;

• 与售前顾问就大客户的演示和技术支持进行协调。

任职要求

• 统计学、市场营销学、工程专业或相关领域学士学位;

• 拥有5年以上销售计算机软件或企业级应用程序(例如ERP,CRM,供应链,数据仓库等)成功经验;

• 有直面大客户的丰富销售经验,具有一定的项目管理能力;

• 具备良好的业务拓展能力,出色的书面、口头沟通/表达能力,及人际交往/组织能力;

• 有强烈的进取心和意志力,能吃苦耐劳,富有激情,勇于挑战;

• 为人品格端正,热情开朗,富有团队精神。

附加条件

• 了解JMP面向医药及生命科学行业的解决方案及模式;

• 具有独立工作的能力,并能够成为由售前顾问和电话销售组成的团队的一部分;

• 具有发起和领导销售机会的能力;分析和评估区域内的客户动态,并制定销售计划;交流技术和业务概念,及经常出差的能力。

优先考虑

• 了解工程中的数据分析应用领域;

• 流利的英语水平;

• 硕士及以上学历者优先。
