Wealth and Personal Banking is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become a global wealth manager with trillion in assets. Our dedicated colleagues serve millions of customers worldwide across the entire spectrum of private wealth, ranging from personal banking for individuals and families, through to business owners, investors and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. We provide products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management and private banking, that best suit our customers’ needs.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

lTo assist Division Manager to lead a customer development team in people management, sales performance management, training and coaching, and operational risk control, so as to maximize the productivity of the team and contribute to the achievement of business strategy with high quality sales and service standard.

lClosely monitoring the sales and services quality provided by team members so as to ensure the sales/service process is strictly followed and the delivery of a consistently excellent customer experience.

lTo ensures fair outcomes for customers are delivered in all situations.

lTo manage, lead and motivate a team of highly mobile sales staff, and to lead a mobile sales team to focus on activities to expand HSBC’s new to wealth acquisition.

lRole success will be achieved by focusing on striving to develop new relationships outside HSBC that will deliver sustainable growth and profitability.

Requirements

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

lProven ability in mobile sales

lCurrent product/market knowledge

lExcellent customer service skills

lManagerial experience

lAt least 3 years’ experience in supervisory role of sales function

lExcellent interpersonal, leadership and motivation skills

lStrong sales and organization ability and problem solving skills

lResult driven and able to work under pressure

lGood spoken and written English
