Responsibilities:

Define and implement SHS region Chinacompensation and benefits strategy, lead various compensation and benefitsactivism and continuously define optimization opportunities

Provide expert advise and guidance toHR/business on total rewards related topics

Lead policy and guideline creation,optimization, implementation, and execution

Effective communication and knowledgetransfer of total rewards related topics to the wider HR community and businessleaders

Ensure on time delivery of annualcompensation cycle (off cycle ATI change review, merit, stock activities,target setting, ATI, Recognition and Rewards, Sales Incentive and etc. ) inhigh quality

Support Total reward head on C&Brelated topics in M&A topics

Monitor market and competitor trends.

Manage ongoing relationship with externalconsultants and suppliers

Requirements:

6-8 working experience in C&B

Bachelor degree or above
