Overview

Besides original R&R as Quaker Hot offline champion, which covering base hot & CPD, to make sure offline busiless OTIF delivery and support in exploring silvers communication model with assets development.

This role will also lead Powder platform exploration

Navigate Powder platform strategy and craft 3-5-years development mapping Lead Powder portfolio strategy Innovation strategy and product development Business Management, both topline and bottomline

Lead communication development and impletmentation with agency management

Responsibilities COSO Quaker hot champion: Key marketing contact window for the sales and trade marketing teams – responsible for developing the relevant marketing materials, product information, instore marketing communication, display and consumer experience tools to drive market penetration and product growth Engage COSO sales team and organize coso performance monthly review to makes sure big team’s commitment for execution Lead playbook for hot platform to clearly and engagingly communicate strategy to sales team Support COSO elders marketing consumer communication: Understand elder’s consumer insights, media trend, and competitive dynamics to guide agencies for consumer communication assets development Adapt elders communication in in store, PMG, KOL(Key Opinion Leader), OOH(out of home) and elder specific digital paltforms Explore the elder communication media model because in China, this is very pioneering given no brand had proven success in the market. Need muxh optimization and pilots to validate Be responsible for media investment ROI Information gathering and analysis. Identifies solutions and make recommendations to improve effectiveness based on brand performance and competitive intelligence monitoring. Provides for an effective Sales and operation plan and Budgeting Process. Quaker Powder Platform Leader: Craft platform and portfolio strategy with deep consumer insight understanding Support business to translate the innovation strategy into innovation pipelines Lead powder platform AIPL consumer education among cohorts Drive omni-channel growth with communication and promotion Be responsible for business monitor and new opportunity exploration Qualifications Excellent Knowledge of Innovation and Brand Marketing processes and systems Strong strategic thinking in synthetic way Effective influencing and negotiating skills coupled with good problem-solving and analytical capabilities Strong track record of delivering growth, prefer to have experience on new brand / platform set-up Experience with FMCG multi-national companies and/or ad agencies Self-motivated, disciplined, passionate with the brand
