Platform Product Management

Job Objective
- Lead the software platform product planning, definition, and development.
- Has great vision and sense of future software platform of Infotainment/ADAS/Domain Controller/Car Computer/Zone Controller understood and foresee the future requirements and needs from both internal customers (services & applications) and the external end customer.
- Responsible for software platform product feature and function planning and definition.
- Coordinate stakeholders and resources to realize.
- Work closely with global architecture team and function owner team on solution discussion and alignment, enabling and improving the platform product.
- Scouting software platform related advanced technologies and landing them to the platform.
- Responsible for technical solution and product architecture presenting with global and local relevant stakeholders.
- Cross domain collaboration and cooperate with cross domain and other teams such as vehicle architecture, information security, and functional safety to confirm relevant design matching.
Qualification
Education
· Bachelor’s degree or above (including degree), major in electrical engineering, computer sciences, automation, mechatronics, vehicle engineering, electronics or software
Experience
· At least 5 years working experience in the product manager of software platform functions, features and specification.
Knowledge
· Enthusiastic to automotive products, especially on smart cockpit, ADAS, domain controller related products and solutions
· Good working experience in managing software products.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with English, German would be better.
· Experience in software platform product management
· Good knowledge in software platform architecture and software development.
· Experience in definition and design of software platform, system, communication interfaces and development kits.
· Have good understanding of major SOCs architecture, Linux/QNX/Android system, SOA architecture, and be proficient in C/C++/Java language.
· Proficient in the functions and systems of the Internet of Vehicles, familiar with the basic principles of each system, system functions, interface design, etc...
· Familiar with the Agile development process and have a full understanding of the ECU software development process system.
Familiar in AUTOSAR architecture, understand classic AUTOSAR and adaptive AUTOSAR, have a certain functional safety and information security foundation.
