Position Recommended Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

  • Ability to support management decision-making with valuable cost-related insights.
  • Computer literacy, especially in MS Office (Excel).

Position Role and Responsibilities:

  • Review and understand project documentation, including scope of services, project execution plans, and schedules.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor cost reports and associated documents.
  • Oversee the cost estimation component through the EPCIC phase, ensuring alignment with project schedules.
  • Maintain manpower projection plans for the project control team, liaising with relevant managers to ensure resource availability.
  • Implement cost planning strategies for Oil & Gas fabrication projects.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
  • Implement cost control measures and conduct financial analysis to support decision-making.
  • Prepare financial forecasts and conduct variance analysis.
  • Assess financial impacts of project scope changes and manage change orders.
  • Generate and present comprehensive cost reports.
  • Collaborate with various teams to gather cost-related information.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in cost control and reporting.

HSE

  • Ensure personal safety and the safety of others.
  • Focus on quality and HSE, adhering to all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
  • Play an active role in HES-related areas.

Other Skills

  • Provide leadership to the Project Management team.
  • Develop relevant procedures and guidelines.
  • Complete necessary documentation as requested.
  • Review and comment on vendor documents as required.
