Your role:

Responsible for provide quality management methodologies and technicalsupport for driving supplier quality continuous improvement; Validationmanufacturing processes of supplier mass production.

•Establish and maintainincoming inspection procedure and SQE process guideline.

•Responsible to inspectincoming materials according to SSME MP inspection specifications, Nonconforming material analysis for supplier quality issues solving andimprovement.

•Incoming inspectionreport archiving

•Support engineer performprototype/sample inspection.

•Push and supportsuppliers to solve quality issues with effective improvement and preventiveactions to ensure on time delivery.

•Handle supplier qualityrelated CAPA, Med/8D/CAPA report etc.

•Monthly performancereport, PPAP documents, etc.

•Review, audit or approvesupplier quality related topics in NPI, prototype, pre-production and massproduction. Ensure technical & quality requirements are communicated tosuppliers clearly.

•Drive supplierdevelopment through the product lifecycle. Initiate and regularly on-site checkthe quality assurance tools and measurements at suppliers' sites. • Participatein supplier selection process by assessing suppliers' designing, manufacturingand inspection capability.

•Assess and auditsupplier’s quality systems as auditor.

•Provide the technicaland process training .

•Other training and tasksassigned by superior.

Your expertise:

At least 5 years experience inrelated technical field, be familiar with related technical manufactureprocess. And experience with supplier quality and process control andimprovement. Bachelor or above degree with majorin related technical field(material /metal forming /mechanical/electrical/electronic engineering etc)
