About Our Team
This position is for a Technical Product Manager in the Cloud and Software business.
What You’ll Be Accountable For
Delivering first-time, differentiated, high-quality features for software products. This is through high-quality requirements development which is grounded in solving pain points for our customers and partners. Driving core feature development process from ideation to story decomposition, ensuring end-to-end understanding and allowing development teams to execute with clarity and agility. Owning detailed product roadmap, ensuring features are sized and MVPs are defined. Ensuring initiatives, epics, and stories are built to support on-time delivery and quality. Working directly with Lenovo’s ThinkSmart offering development teams (ODTs) to bring new products to market and maintaining existing in-market products during their lifecycle. This includes gathering client and cloud software requirements from stakeholders and grooming them into a prioritized, agile, backlog for on-time, high-quality delivery.What You'll Do

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree years working experience in:agile software development teams (specific roles Product Manager, Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, Project Manager, Business Analyst)setting direction for software products, working with and identifying stakeholder groupsdelivering software on monthly release cadenceworking in a matrix organization with influence to accomplish complex tasks Customer focus: with internal customer / stakeholder groups to organize requirements and set development prioritization Strong presentation skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Mastery of Microsoft 365 suite (in particular Office, SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) 3+ years working experience with Atlassian tools (in particular Jira, Confluence) Self-starter, able to work in hybrid and matrixed environment within a global team context Spoken, Written language mastery in both:EnglishMandarin ChinesePreferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in a technical related discipline 3+ years working experience in:the modern collaboration industry (Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Google Meet)Why Lenovo?
