We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr / Project Quality Manager/Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality aspects of new product delivery projects and continuous improvement initiatives for mature products. This role is critical in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

New Product Delivery:

Lead quality assurance activities during the new product development phase. Develop and implement Product quality plans , protocols, and control processes. Member of cross-functional Project Leadership Team – Ensuring quality standards are integrated into product designs. Quality’s voice in the design reviews and Milestone reviews – Ensuring risks are clearly articulated and mitigation strategy is plausible and robust. Oversee the execution of product validation and verification activities. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives for mature products. Analyse product performance data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. Implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues. Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to enhance product reliability and performance. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of improvement activities. Provide training and support to staff on quality-related topics. Lead and facilitate root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.

Capabilities and Requirements:

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role or relevant Technical roles within a product development environmentExperience in the consumer electronics or technology industry is preferred. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001) and regulatory requirementsProficiency in Technical Project / Program management with PMP certification preferredProficiency in quality tools and methodologies (e.g. DfX, FMEA, Six Sigma, 8D, SPC).Experience with product validation and verification processes.Experience with Process / Design Risk assessment and mitigation.Experience with Supplier Management in Quality and/or Development functionsFamiliarity with reliability engineering principles and practices. Soft Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.Assertiveness to safeguard product qualityDetail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvements.
