Dare to make an impact?
- Responsible for the routine tax filing works for our China holding companies, including but not limited to VAT, CIT, Stamp Duties, Surcharges, etc.
- Act as main contact person for the in-charge Tax Bureau, covering relationship maintenance, answering daily questions, etc.
- Act as the tax controller for all the financial subsidies within Greater China.
- Act as the contact person for assigned tax colleagues out of Shanghai to provide tax technical supports, where needed.
- Acts as main local tax advisor for Henkel Consumer Brands Business, Greater China.
- Lead local tax M&A projects for Henkel Consumer Brands Business, Greater China.
- Participate in Global Tax Projects where necessary.
- Other ad-hoc tax work and projects.

- Our teams pay a key role to make sure the Greater China business will run smoothly and under high-level compliance status.
- You will gain practical experience in both tax compliance and advisory project, and also gain industry experience from both industrial and FMCG business. Internally, we also provide the employees with good career development and rotation opportunities.
- At least 5 years’ experience in tax roles of increasing seniority at a “Big 4” or/and big corporate with international activities.
- Experience working at a senior or junior manager level for national and international tax matters such as planning, tax accounting, compliance, controversy and operations as well as transfer pricing policies on intercompany transactions.
- Financial or accounting education background.
- A strong personality to build trusting relationships across both internally and externally.
- Able to work in a highly complex environment and absorb pressure and ambiguity.
- Transfer pricing or M&A experiences will be a plus.
