: In close collaboration with the business group and channel agents, develop dealer management strategy to ensure smooth and efficient business operation and growth, balance direct, indirect/ e-business Assess performance of channel partners, select and develop appropriate channels and distributors for profitable growth at regional Build balanced relationships with key channel partners, set objectives and develop programs and marketing initiatives to build great outcome for everyone competence, achieve targets and improve performance Analyze market and channel to enable strategic decision-making Own the interfaces to relevant internal departments and assure adequate support structures and processes Collect the new business opportunities that satisfy the growth of the related territories.

Requirements:

Education / experience Degree level minimum (Masters or Higher preferred) 1+ years’ experience in channel management Good written and reading English interpersonal skills are preferable. Self-motivated and ability to work independently
