Your role:

Mission:Design and maintain the manufacturing environment, to ensure that the setup ofproduction will satisfy the quality system, production plan, capacity andefficiency.

Areas ofResponsibilities:

•Productivity project execution andmeasurement.

•Production utilization effectivenessmanagement.

•Production time management, incl.definition, KPI and process improvement.

•Capacity analysis and planning ofmanpower, equipment, tooling for production flows.

•Plans and establish plant andequipment with ergonomic and economic design.

•Improve & develop new IE techniquesand method to fit SCM strategy & execution.

•EHS tasks in SCM to ensure safeproduction and audit compliance.

•Other tasks assigned by superiors.
