The Position

Primary Purpose of Job (Job Summary) 主要工作目标（岗位简介） 负责上海市的市场准入工作，执行公司市场准入策略并与跨团队密切合作达成区域业务目标Be responsible for SHH regional market access work and execute corporate access strategies in particular payer strategies as well as closely collaborate with marketing, regional sales and other functions in Roche China to achieve the regional business goal.

Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities 主要职责 / 责任 (Major functions of the position) （职位的首要职能）

在区域内建立并维护与政府部门及相关智囊机构的良好关系，负责制定和执行区域产品准入策略，为公司产品尽早尽多的进入多层次报销范围。与罗氏区域业务团队配合，确保区域内公司医保产品的顺畅报销。To build up and maintain good strategic relationships with local government authorities and the key think tanks, and develop and implement access strategy to gain early and maximum reimbursement for Roche key products under multi-layer security system in Hubei Province . Collaborate with local business units to ensure the smooth of reimbursement at region. 配合公司产品的生命周期管理，在新政策形势下，在区域内为产品争取更好的医保支付政策，及时解决区域内出现的报销风险。 According to products life cycle management, strive for better reimbursement payment policies for Roche’s products in the new pricing policy environment and address the reimbursement issues in the region timely 维护区域内医疗及卫生技术领域关键客户管理,支持省级及中央及区域准入。Maintain strong key account management on payers and HTA experts to support central and local access. 建立和维护区域合作平台，与政府部门开展长期合作项目，跟进分析区域内重要医药政策为业务决策提供支持。负责帮助当地销售市场同事掌握了解相关的政策信息。Develop the long-term collaborative projects with local governments on healthcare policies and provide the policies analysis to the internal stakeholders in support of business decisions. Be responsible for coaching local sales, marketing to understand and master polices and regulation. 熟悉了解全国及区域内医保卫生领域所存在的问题和现状，通过与政府的日常沟通，学协会等积极施加影响，为提高公司产品的可及性和可支付性争取最有利的政策环境。Be familiar with national and regional reimbursement/pricing/health issues and environment and deliver active influence through engagement in associations, government dialogues, collaboration with think tank of policy makers, to strive for most beneficial policy for improving the affordability and accessibility of Roche products. 做好区域部门间的协调，整合各部门的资源，在公司项目上做好团队协作。To be a good leader among the cross function projects by excellent coordination with internal and external department in Roche and integration of each department’s resources.

Education/Qualifications 教育程度 / 所获资格证书

本科及以上 医学、药学、药经或相关领域优先考虑

Job Required Competencies 岗位所需胜任力

At least 1 year industry& policy working experience; 至少1年业内和政策相关工作经验; Have at least 4 years reimbursement account management experience至少1年医保客户管理经验； Good project management & implementation expertise; 良好的项目管理和执行能力; Strong interpersonal, networking, influencing and relationships building skills. 良好的人际沟通、交流、影响他人和建立人际关系的技巧 Being proactive, having passion and self-motivated; 积极主动、充满激情和自我激励； Strong sense of responsibility and dedication and Team work spirit 强烈的责任感和奉献精神以及团队合作精神 Excellent English both in oral and in writing良好的英语口语和写作能力 Good slides and data analysis skill良好的幻灯制作和数据分析技巧
