Role Purpose 职位目标:
根据渠道战略目标,制定RBMM年度业务规划,完成年度销售目标。 按照Playbook要求开展学术推广,提升BMM团队运作效率。 建立与经销商建立战略合作,推动项目合作进程,达成项目合作KPI。 与商务团队建立良好合作关系,共同管理经销商进销存,完成年对经销协议。 独立判断和敏锐洞察政策、市场机会和风险,提前预判预警。Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责:
协助经销商对合约代表招聘、行为管理、结果交付及能力培训。 协助经销商、合约代表系列合规培训,执行GSK SOP。 提高终端客户潜力分析能力,提高合约代表HT & Call 数量、质量。 定期Review 列名医院名单和增量医院名单,完成医院列名KPI和医院动销KPI。 提高大客户谈判能力,建立与经销商良好合作关系,Qualifications/Requirements: (Education / Experience / Competencies)

本科及以上学历,生物、制药等相关专业,生物制药行业。 对广阔医学市场较为熟悉,特别是在医供体/医联体模式较为熟悉,有一定成功经验。 敏锐的市场触觉,出色的逻辑分析能力,优秀的团队管理能力,具有较强的市场开拓与商务谈判能力,能较好地把握市场政策及方向能力。Key Job Dimensions (financial scope, headcount etc):
