Your Tasks and Responsibilities: Acts as trusted partner in all HR matters forthe business lead in the site. Contributes to local business discussions anddecision-making, provide ideas and challenge to management teams, catalyst forchange. Co-creates the local resource plans (1-2 yearperspective) considering strategic workforce plans of the global businesses andlocal business planning. Offers proactive input to Zone China HR Head forconsideration in China People Strategy. Drives HR activities linked to personnelmeasures for key positions of local businesses in collaboration with expertteams. Ensures two-way communication with the HRConsultants and the expert team communities within area of responsibility. Facilitates local workshops on organizationaldesign / people topics. Guides coordination of local staffing. Develops diverse local talent pipeline.

Your Qualifications and Experience:

Solid experience (> 10 years) in HR managementat a sizeable site with 500+ staff from various functions, full scope andknowledge in all the HR topics 4) Communicated organizational culture to employees and tracked trends inemployee behaviors, designed HR programs to support company culture andpreferred behaviors

•Seasoned leadership or at least high potentialto be a leader of a HR team (5-6 people, excl. GBS)

•Capability in consulting/influencing OC GM/CMand OC LT team.

•Ability to navigate in matrix organization.

•Strong expertise with hands-on experience invarious HR areas/topics such as TD, TM, ER covering blue collar, labor law,strategic workforce planning, etc.
