EC Platform / POP store Operation Mgr
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the EC platform/ POP stores operation to ensure sales target achievement. Develop/ coach KA EC team capability and win market share in the platform Work closely with both internal stakeholders (region , Brand team) and external stakeholders (KA customer, TP &platforms) Cooperate with marketing team and finance team, support with accurate sales data record for budget & forecast planning Improve operation excellence through data analysis and business model simplification. Take lead in inventory tracking and analysis Work with internal (Legal, Medical, Regulatory, Product supply, Quality) & external (TP, distributor .etc) stakeholders to ensure business and all related documents comply with company policies and related regulation Support regional heads and KA manager for enhancing internal and external networks to improve internal cross-group collaboration.WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor Degree in Business/data relevant disciplines At least3-4 years of experience in EC, POP store management Excellent skill set in using MS Excel for handling data analysis Strong understanding of Bayer business systems and stakeholders Fluent in English-
