: Work independently to support CMD products involving: installations, customer trainings, on-site diagnostics & repair services, preventative maintenance, application methodology delivery. Provide remote technical assistance, consultation to customers. Accurately document field service activities, including installation reports, repair reports, preventative maintenance reports, and timely submit through the required system. Follow DOA and Hot Account procedures to report issues to related functions, and collaborate to solve. Implement key account strategies for high profile customers and maintain good relationship with industry opinion leaders. Share experience and methodology of product services and applications with colleagues. Help improving team support capacity. Actively participate PPI projects to keep optimizing work quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:

BS degree or above in analytical chemistry, chemical engineering, biochemistry, pharmaceutical, environment engineering or relevant majors. Two years or above working & operation experience of HPLC and LCMS. Proficiency with computer knowledge is also required. Preference will be given to those with 2+years field service experience of LCMS, GCMS and HPLC, previous experience in installing, servicing, and application support of analytical instrumentation. Strong will and interest to diagnose and solve problems on hardware and application of LCMS. Have the ability to work independently, have effective interpersonal and communication skills. Effective oral and written communication skills with both English and Chinese (Mandarin).
