Your main responsibilities are

To attend Customer/Yard meetings on site regularly. Support customer for the construction and commissioning schedule smooth execution. SM is HSE responsible for wartsila personnel on site. Establish HSE routines according to wartsila regulations and local Customer/Shipyard regulations. To evaluate site installation condition, consult with yard construction and commissioning team for pre-commissioning readiness and necessary preparatory work, reduce service engineer waiting time, report to wartsila commissioning team for service engineer mobilisation. To supervise service engineer daily work, enhance engineer motivation; coordinate different product service engineer to improve work efficiency. Supervise overall commissioning progress and ensure commissioning quality. As a single communication window, SM will give customer simple and clear technical support rely on strong back support of wartsila different product line. To evaluate problem happened on site, make timely and accurate feedback to office for support, coordinate different product engineering support, communicate and negotiate with customer, ensure problem solution quickly and efficiently. To enhance the liaison with customer, maintain good customer relationship, give strong support for successful project completion, improve customer satisfaction. Drive continuous improvement on developing and capturing technical problem solving knowledge to enable other organizations to effectively resolve customer problems and inquiries. Review and monitor commissioning budgets and reports.

BSc Engineering or similar / technical background Proficiency in computer skills (e.g. Office) Strong communication skills Very good writing and speaking skills in English Cost awareness & effectiveness Cultural and situational aware Pro Active team player High quality and safety standard Strong customer focus Independent and able to adequately manage stressful and demanding situations
