Job Overview:
A strategical role created with responsibility of leading O2O business strategy defining, developing and O2O business operations that support VGO China overall strategy and objectives to grow regional business.
As the member of China Leadership team, this role will require strong leadership of not only leading business growth but building and developing a capable O2O organization with talent development.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement China region O2O business growth strategy with short/mid/long-term business plan and resources placed to achieve business target as an P&L owner of assigned business unit.
2. Build and enhance business partnership with O2O key accounts such as TuHu, JD to pursure business growth and brand presence in O2O channels.
3. Lead to build O2O e-co system and capability with D2C/Direct-to-Consumer engagement activation, conversion and offline fulfillment operations.
Requirements:
-Bachelors’ degree or above, majoring in business management related disciplines.
-Education with disciplines on E-commerce preferable
-At least 10-yrs solid working experience in E-commerce/O2O business field.
-Be favorable of having the experience gained in O2O major market players, giants likes JD, Tmall, Tuhu or others internal e-comm unit from consumer-goods industry.
-People management with leading team is preferable.
-Experience of offline fulfillment is plus.
-Business acumen, result and data driven.
-Proven solid knowledge on E-commerce / O2O business, best practice & legislation.
-Knowledge and experience gained in industrial segment of consumer goods, FMCG, auto aftermarket etc.
-Ability to take complex decisions and be accountable, demonstrating managerial courage and taking responsibility while managing risk.
-Knowledge on CRM and project management.
-Advanced People Management and Leadership Skills
-Excellent communication and cross-team/organization collaboration.
-Partner with internal business units, peering groups and stakeholders to implement O2O Route-to-Market, product portfolio, pricing, brand activation and offline fulfillment in VGO O2O system.
-Build and develop a capable O2O organization with seasoned talent placed.
