About the position
goFLUENT is looking for a Business Developer with strong cold-calling skills and a sales mindset. Someone ready to take on this essential role as the first step in our sales process.
If you enjoy engaging with B2B clients through different channels and creating new business opportunities, send us your resume You will be part of the Chinese sales and marketing team, and share success stories with other business development team members around the world.
What you'll do:
- Serve as the company's representative, being the initial point of contact for potential clients.
- Identify and prospect potential leads through phone calls, emails, and other channels to determine decision-makers.
- Cultivate relationships with high-potential leads.
- Understand the pain points of prospects in order to provide appropriate solutions and assist the sales team in closing meetings.
- Build and manage a database of prospect companies, updating contact information in Salesforce.
What you'll need:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales and/or telesales.
- Strong cold-calling skills and ability to handle a high volume of outbound calls.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive, personable, hardworking attitude that is adaptable.
- Resilience is crucial - able to bounce back from challenging calls or situations.
- Curiosity and passion for learning sales methodologies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google tools. Experience using Salesforce is a plus,
- Creativity, out-of-the-box thinking, with a focus on customized outreach to make a difference in all outbound efforts.
- Advanced level of English is highly preferred.
