Thencome and join our global team as anExecutive Associate (m/w/d) to the Head of IT Asia Pacific, focusing on providinghigh-level administrative support and driving projects at Siemens Healthineers.

Your responsibilities:

•Work directlywith the IT Asia Pacific management team, providing support in various areassuch as project management, workflow optimization, and internal/externalcommunication.

•Transformstrategic plans into actionable measures, ensuring their successfulimplementation and measurable impact.

•Conduct ad hocresearch and analysis to provide insights for key decision-making.

•Collaborate withcross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and projectcoordination.

•Plan, host, anddocument management meetings and workshops, ensuring effective follow-up onidentified activities.

Your qualifications and experience:

•Bachelor's degreeor above in business administration or equivalent.

•Several years ofrelevant management experience with a strategic and technical/business mindset.

•Strong knowledgeof project management, including agile methodologies, and proven skills inchange management within complex global organizations.

•Proficient increating presentations and decision templates for various target groups,including top management.

•Experience in organizingand coordinating tasks across teams and departments, as well as planning andimplementing strategic initiatives.

Your profile and skills:

•Fluent inEnglish, with a proficiency in an additional language in Asia Pacific ispreferred, e.g. Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, etc.

•Highly creativewith excellent presentation and hosting abilities.

•Strongcommunication and analytical skills, with experience working with managementteams in a trusted capacity.

•Enjoy to work ina diverse, intercultural environment around the globe.

•Self-motivatedwith exceptional problem-solving skills, able to focus on the core aspects evenin complex situations.

•Able to handlemultiple projects and priorities in an agile environment.

•Being a teamplayer with a constructive attitude, fostering team spirit and promotingefficient and effective collaboration.

•Ability toinspire enthusiasm and passion for our objectives.
