职位概要 具备丰富电商营销实战经验且对天猫、京东两大电商平台有深刻理解和熟练操作能力； 负责制定和实施品牌在天猫及京东平台上的整合营销策略，以实现销售目标提升及品牌影响力拓展。 主要职责
1. 根据公司战略规划，设计并实施淘宝/天猫及京东店铺的全年度营销计划，包括但不限于大型促销活动（如双11、618等）、日常运营优化、会员体系构建以及站内外推广策略。
2. 精准分析淘系和京东平台规则、流量入口和用户行为特征，通过SEO优化、直通车、超级推荐、京东快车等工具进行广告投放和效果跟踪优化。
3. 深入研究竞品动态与行业趋势，结合产品特性策划专题活动，提升商品搜索排名和点击转化率。
4. 协调内部资源，与供应链、设计、客服等部门紧密合作，确保各环节高效协同以支持营销活动的顺利执行。
5. 制定并监控关键业绩指标（KPI），定期对运营数据进行深度分析，为决策提供依据，及时调整营销策略和执行方案。
6. 建立和完善商品运营体系，运用爆款打造经验，推动单品或系列产品的热销，提高品牌知名度和市场份额。
7. 关注并应用平台新功能、政策变化，洞察市场机遇，挖掘潜在增长点，持续拓展新的营销渠道和方式。
