Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Lead and drive global and local strategic initiatives in Talent Management, Employee Engagement, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) across the GCA Market, with a focus on enhancing high-quality delivery of talent and leadership programs, elevating employee experience through engagement surveys, and advancing DEI priorities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • As point of contact for the respective HR Leadership team and HR Business Partners in regard to all HR Talent and DEI related programs and services, lead Talent and DEI programs and services focusing Market implementation and development in alignment with Global direction and strategy.
  • In cooperation with HR Business Partners to ensure consistent, timely, and seamless delivery and implementation of all Talent and DEI global core programs and solutions derived from the HR & Talent Strategy and the Global DEI Strategy, while enabling HR Business Partners on core products and services.
  • Lead local implementation of Engagement initiatives and facilitate the action planning process. Embed the employee listening feedback into Market talent, culture and DEI interventions.
  • Analyse business demands and consult HR Business Partners with tailored Talent solutions for the identified local business needs. Design and drive the implementation of all talent development products and services in local.
  • Provide outside-in perspective (from Business / HR Business Partners into HR Talent) and contributes to the creation of integrated HR Talent products & services.
  • Drive for talent learning and development initiatives with target customers across all levels in GCA by close collaborating with HR Business Partners.
  • Contribute to the coordination and prioritization of Talent and DEI projects from HR Business Partners perspective with a focus on customer-centricity and continuous innovation.
  • Identify training and development needs across the GCA organisation and design and implement L&D programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Foster a learning culture and promote continuous learning and development opportunities in GCA.
  • Drive the overall Global DEI Strategy “Creating an Equal Playing Field for All” across the Market and embed DEI across local Talent initiatives e.g., GHIPO selection, succession planning and development opportunities.
  • Lead and develop local initiatives to meet DEI Goals and strategic KPIs such as Women in Leadership and other diverse dimensions relevant to the market.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Talent Capabilities: Generalist with cross-functional experience in all Talent areas (Talent Management, Leadership & Learning, Organizational Development); strong knowledge of the Talent core processes.
  • Business Capabilities: commercial awareness, customer focus, ability to align Talent, HR Strategy & Business Strategy.
  • Strong Consulting skills to drive and enable fact based “Build or Buy” decisions that future proofs the Talent/Business Plan. Act as internal consultant to HRBP and TA on activating the needed priorities.
  • Consulting Capabilities: Advanced facilitation skills and strong internal consulting skills; analysis skills with ability to diagnose the situation and provide solutions; basic Program Design skills with ability to build trustful relationships with key stakeholders and HRBP, consulting mindset with strong executional skills.
  • Ability to think and act strategically as well as operationally.
  • Strong team player with relevant working experience in a global matrix organization.
  • Strong customer orientation, ability to manage demands, collaborate with the HR Leadership team, and effectively handle stakeholder management at senior hierarchical levels.
  • Articulate and clear in written and verbal communication; engaging presentations to large groups and teams.
  • Provides ideas and thought leadership on people and DEI topics.
  • Influencing without authority.
  • Ideally knowledge of local Labor laws and human rights legislation.

 

Requisite Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • Circa 8-12 years’ experience in Talent Management, Leadership, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, Diversity Equity & Inclusion
  • Experience of successfully managing large-scale talent or leadership projects specifically in GCA
  • Fluent in English
  • Preferable cross-cultural and regional/global experience
