(Assistant) PR Project Manager

Job Description

Work closely with Greater China Fashion PR & Communications Manager to develop communications strategies and calendar for campaigns and projects Lead internal team and external third party agency on managing the quality execution of fashion communications projects Collaborate with global communications team on localization and alignment of global projects localization and execution Supervise on the creation of relevant and quality PR content for local communications materials including press release, collection text, briefing book, interview Q&A, message bank, etc. Establish and maintain relationships with relevant fashion media, influencers, stylists, and celebrity agents Identify potential opportunities of media editorial coverage and shootings, and continuously expand local media and influencer database Manage influencer collaboration and seeding, including identification of influencers, content review, timeline management, sample arrangement and results follow up Supervise sample loans in accordance with editorial needs and requests from media, influencers and stylists Manage PR and consumer facing events planning, supervise on onsite execution and quality control Source and identify potential collaboration partners, and carry out planning and execution of the collaboration projects Lead third party agencies on briefing, timeline management, deliveries follow-up, etc. Closely work with internal functions and stakeholders on projects alignment Always keep up to date with the latest trends and keep an eye on the competitors on the market Oversee the monitoring and reporting of media and social clippings and project results

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree 3-7 years working experience with PR or communications manager role in multinational retailing company or PR agency, fashion industry experience is a plus Abundant experience in handling media and influencer relations Outstanding communication and writing skills in both Mandarin and English Good skill for presentations and all Microsoft Office programs A fashion lover High level of team spirit Hands on, willing to learn and set high working standards
