About the team you are joining

Reporting to the Regional Head, CorporateServices North Asia, the incumbent willperform a diverse role which includes: SAP Purchasing Specialist for theprocessing of PtP (procurementto pay) documents, goods receipts and otherfollow-up actions; Corporate secretary duties related to communications betweenregulators, stakeholders, directors and executives; Administrative duties relatedto the proper functioning of the BJS office facilities management (parking spaces, staff canteen, relationswith the building management team, employee traveling support); Vendor/suppliercompliance management; Administrative support for events.

What your day would be like

Liaising with authorities for corporate secretary affairs to ensure corporate compliance, including but not limited to regular communications with NGO (Non-governmental organizations) Office and Business Registration Bureau, completing company registration changes and regular inspections, supporting corporate compliance review and corporate health check, and handling other corporate secretary affairs required internally and externally. Acting as an internal and external focal point to provide substantial support to office administration and facilities, with main responsibilities on custody and use of company seals and important documents, regular communications with vendors to ensure effective staff canteen and parking management, office cleaning, facilities management and supporting overall office environment safety and security. Managing office procurement through being an SAP Purchasing Specialist for the process of PtP (procurement to pay), effective supplier and contract review and negotiation, procurement and manage of office supplies, and effective budget control. Providing administrative support for internal and external meetings and ad hoc tasks related to corporate administration and procurement. Perform additional duties as assigned.

University degree, preferably in Business Administration. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Mandarin. Strong stakeholder management and customer service oriented. Strong organizational and time management prioritization skills. Minimum a 5-year relevant working experience ideally in an international environment. Any proven SAP experiences will be a strong plus. Proficient with MS Office and spreadsheet and analysis software. Negotiation and partnership building skills. Experience with SharePoint, SAP procure to pay and project management preferred.
