About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administration Coordinator to join our team at Evonik. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and order processing, as well as coordinating with various departments such as sales, logistics, and finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and handle sales documents, including purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, and credit/debit notes.
  • Manage customer master data, including sold-to and ship-to information.
  • Assist the sales team in following up on payment collection and communicating with customers and the finance service department.
  • Liaise with service providers to arrange deliveries and follow up on related queries or complaints from customers.
  • Coordinate orders and shipments between other Asia North countries and Germany, ensuring best service is rendered in a professional manner.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in customer service, sales assistance, or a related field.
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good communication and problem-solving skills.
