Job Title:  Senior Sales Manager, Travel Trade

Job Summary

Oversee and monitor sales efforts of sales managers and sales executives, hold responsibilities for the team’s goal achievement on both park visitation and hotel room night targets. Lead strategic planning and trade sales development on selected OTA team, including setting of sales goals, monitoring day to day sales & marketing productivity of OTA sales team. Maintain a smooth communication flow with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient business operations. Provide timely support to Director of sales if necessary. Devote constant efforts on coaching and developing team members with strong leadership demonstrated.

Major Responsibilities

Set strategy, direction, and revenue goals for selected OTA sales team, responsible for park admission and hotel room night target. Develop annual/quarter sales and promotion plan with key trade partners with the aim of maximizing channel nature and partner business advantages.

Lead on team’s product strategy and planning efforts based on seasonality and business needs; establish strong communication gateway towards other teams, especially towards RM, product, IT, Finance, and sales planning.

Responsible for people management and professional training on team members, conducting one-on-one progress meetings and performance evaluations periodically.

Provide efficient support to leaders and attend regular weekly/monthly team meeting to provide insight analysis. Contribute to the establishment of a strong team spirit within UBR sales team to ensure the team’s delivery of company goals.

Perform other duties as assigned by UBR marketing and sales team

Qualifications

10 Years and above: Required experience at theme park, internet complex or large equivalent combination of experience.

Education

Bachelor’s degree required from a four-year college or university: Preferable degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Recreation, etc.
