领导

-合理制订部门计划和工作优先级，以确保处理当地业务、服务和面对营运挑战。

- 预测资源需要；管理分配预算。

最低要求

- 一般要求4年大学学历并且具有至少5～7年直接相关工作经验。

备注：可以接受以下备选方案：博士学位或者法律专业+1年工作经验；研究生+4年工作经验；专科学历+8年工作经验。

主要职位职责

人员管理—管理团队并按照个部门工作的优先级制定个人工作目标。培训员工，支持个人发展，在员工招聘工作方面提供决策，负责绩效考核及员工奖励。

- 负责单个中型或者大型店铺的所有营运管理。

- 管理财务预算（包括人工成本和总体费用）。

- 开发策略，使店铺在本区域内的业绩最大化（超越单个店铺对区域的影响）。

- 通过部门负责人进行管理；在大型店铺里可以有经理助理 – 通过至少一个管理层进行领导并且培养零售管理人才。

- 负责为店铺管理团队的有效沟通，奖励和表彰好的表现。

- 创建计划，与防损部门一起处理店铺损失预防问题。

- 提供高档消费者体验和员工体验并，施/执行全球和区域计划，提升销售业绩。

体力工作要求

-一般零售和分销：在履行工作职责时，员工可能被要求进行各种各样体力工作，这些工作通常是基本的、重复的和日常性质的工作。除了要求员工走动、弯腰、跪下、蹲下、进行推或者拉之外，还可能要求员工长时间坐着或者站立。可能经常要求员工用手和胳膊够东西、用手或者手指接触、搬运或者感觉中小尺寸物品和包装，要求员工能举起20公斤的东西。可能要求员工区分颜色和形状，需要足够的视觉灵敏度来识别各种类型的产品，也可能要求员工进行零售商店的陈列、搬运存货或者处理其他与零售有关的工作。
