Assistant E-commerce Manager for KOL

RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Assistant E-commerce Manager for KOL, you are responsible for supporting the E-commerce sales growth throughout China and be responsible for revenue and profit targets achievement.
Your main focus :
KOL livestreaming Lead and manage the business plan with KOLs. Make sure livestreaming plan aligned with brands and platforms’ strategy. Rewarding is aligned with store strategy and make sure running under control. Store livestreaming Be responsible for this part sales, achieve sales target and own P&L. Lead the strategy of this activation, define the key bets and action plan. Work with TP about all details, UV, CVR, CTR, AUS, Member recruitment and others. Manage user interface maintenance, site look and feel and display in accordance with sales and marketing targets. The team consists of Assistant E-commerce Manager for KOL and you will work closely together with several departments such as Finance, Marketing. All your colleagues are passionate in the team.
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As an experienced Assistant E-commerce Manager for KOL, you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:
3+ years of experience in eCommerce or digital, especially in Douyin platform (JD, Tmall are also welcomed) Can effectively communicate (verbal and written) with internal and external stakeholders across all levels. Ability to solve problems independently. Top 500 FMCG and Beauty industry company experience preferable. Both Chinese and English language skillsOUR BENEFITS
