Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure software quality and reliability.Identify document and track defects using Jira ensuring timely resolution.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop effective test strategies.Utilize Test Complete and Selenium to automate test cases increasing efficiency and coverage.Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Jenkins and Maven.Conduct performance testing and provide detailed analysis to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.Apply cash to invoices domain knowledge to validate financial transactions and ensure accuracy.Participate in Scrum ceremonies providing input on test planning and execution.Write and maintain test scripts using Java and TestNG to ensure robust test coverage.Perform database testing using PL/SQL to validate data integrity and consistency.Provide detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders highlighting key findings and recommendations.Lead root cause analysis sessions to identify and address underlying issues.Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in quality engineering.Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance overall product quality.Mentor and guide junior team members sharing knowledge and best practices.Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of testing into the development lifecycle.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all testing activities.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA team.

Qualifications

Possess strong experience with Test Complete and Selenium for automation testing.Demonstrate proficiency in using Jenkins and Maven for CI/CD pipelines.Have a solid understanding of Scrum methodologies and their application in testing.

Certifications Required

ISTQB Certified Tester Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate
