MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
⢠Own and properly use tools/systems to support deal modelling & approval process (i.e. VPT, IPA, ISR).
⢠Develop and accurately maintain sales teamsâ annual sales plan and rolling forecast. Update and communicate with sales frequently on progress towards forecasted targets. Execute on action plans to overcome obstacles.
⢠Partner with frontline sales team to support various sales related activities, including but not limited to instruments placement, return and destruction, bidding proposal, internal document preparation and catering to ad hoc customer demand request, involving closely liaison with different functional teams.
⢠Drive disciplined sales cadence through review and following up to ensure data integrity and tools/systems utilization (i.e. SFDC, Dashboard).
⢠Closely work with other functional teams and provide necessary support (i.e. channel team).


REQUIREMENTS:
⢠Good data processing and business analysis skill, strong in Excel and other Microsoft office tools
⢠University degree, business, statistic, finance background preferred
⢠2+ years of relevant working experience
⢠Good interpersonal and communication skills, with quick response to change
⢠Good in English
