We are a leading recruitment agency working on behalf of a prestigious renewable energy component manufacturer based in Shanghai. Our client is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join their team as the Senior Vice President of Business Development. Responsibilities:

As the Senior VP of Business Development, you will be responsible for driving the company's growth strategy and expanding its market presence. Your key duties and responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and implementing a comprehensive business development plan to achieve revenue and market share targets.

  2. Identifying new business opportunities and strategically evaluating potential partnerships, alliances, and acquisitions.

  3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, industry leaders, and government officials.

  8. Representing the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  1. A minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, preferably within the renewable energy sector.

  2. Proven success in driving business growth, expanding market presence, and achieving revenue targets.

  3. Strong knowledge of the renewable energy industry, including market dynamics, trends, and regulatory frameworks.

  4. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results.

  5. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  6. Strategic thinking and analytical mindset, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.

  7. Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills, with a track record of closing successful deals.

  8. Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
