We are IT Services

Are you interested in managing IT Services that positively influence the entire workforce? Working with cutting-edge technologies and global deployment challenges? We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our IT Services team in Shanghai.

In IT Services, we develop, build, and maintain all the technology our employees need daily, enabling them to deliver exceptional products to our customers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to all employees in person and remotely via phone and email
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues on desktops, laptops, and phone systems
  • Perform onsite maintenance tasks and collaborate with local stakeholders for uninterrupted business operations
  • Communicate progress updates on support calls and connect users with the right resources for issue resolution
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks, document solutions, and contribute to the knowledge base
  • Prepare computer hardware, maintain user accounts, and assist the team in issue resolution
  • Support company growth through recruitment activities if required

What we seek:

  • Experience in providing IT technical support
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for on-site and remote scenarios
  • Knowledge of Microsoft, Apple products, and applications, as well as SCCM, JAMF, and mobile devices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Active Directory, Windows Server, and network protocols
  • Hardware troubleshooting expertise for PCs, laptops, and printers in an enterprise setting
  • Experience with ticketing systems and excellent English communication skills
  • Team player with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Business savvy with a focus on decision-making benefiting the organization
