MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and effectively utilize tools/systems for deal modeling & approval process
(e.g. VPT, IPA, ISR).

  • Develop and maintain sales teams' annual sales plan and rolling forecast accurately
. Regularly update sales teams on progress towards set targets. Execute action plans to overcome challenges.

  • Collaborate with frontline sales team to assist in various sales activities
, such as instrument placement, returns, bidding proposals, and addressing ad hoc customer demands. This requires close coordination with different functional teams.

  • Ensure a structured sales process by reviewing and following up to maintain data integrity
and maximize tools/systems usage (e.g. SFDC, Dashboard).

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and offer necessary assistance (e.g.
channel team).

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficiency in data processing and business analysis, proficient in Excel and other
Microsoft Office tools.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, or finance is preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to adapt quickly to changes
  • Fluency in English
