Amazon Global Selling has been assisting individuals and businesses in boosting sales and expanding their customer base worldwide. Currently, over half of Amazon's total sales are generated through third-party offerings. The Global Selling team in China focuses on enlisting local enterprises to vend on Amazon's 18 international platforms, while also aiding in the success and advancement of local merchants on the platform.

With a vision to become the top preference for all categories of Chinese businesses looking to go global, it's crucial for sellers to adhere to tax, product, and other regulations in the target markets for sustained success in their cross-border ventures.

We are now on the lookout for a versatile, customer-centric, data-oriented Product Marketing Manager to promote awareness, comprehension, and implementation of compliance policies, as well as the adoption of related products among sellers.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the marketing, product, operations, communications, senior leadership teams, and other stakeholders in Europe and China.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategies to effectively sway the target audience and amplify understanding of compliance requirements.
  • Devising and executing go-to-market strategies to boost awareness and uptake of Amazon's Compliance solutions.
  • Creating innovative and scalable marketing campaigns encompassing content marketing, social engagement, and offline event exposure.
  • Identifying and leveraging all essential online and offline marketing channels to convey key messages and campaigns.
  • Establishing a feedback mechanism to gather insights from CN sellers to influence product offerings.
  • Tracking marketing performance metrics and continuously seeking enhancements.
  • Constructing collaboration frameworks with cross-functional teams to foster synergy and operational efficiency.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of 6 years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Proficient in leveraging data and metrics to drive enhancements.
  • Experience with paid media and various owned and operated channels (e.g., email, onsite, etc.).
  • Skilled in devising, implementing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
  • Proficient in managing and assessing marketing performance across diverse channels.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese with meticulous attention to detail.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in presenting concepts to different levels of an organization to garner endorsement for initiatives.
  • Previous exposure to collaborating with global teams.
  • Aptitude for driving innovation and creativity.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment and navigate through uncertainties.
