YOUR ROLE
  • Manage Regional OES channel customers and achieve long term financial and strategic ambition & short term targets.
  • Develop new customers and new applications.
  • Achieve relevant KPIs.
  • Responsibilities

  • Achieve financial ambition with end-to-end responsibility for all KPIs ((NES/PC%/L16/Private Label/Product Mix, etc.).
  • Focus on OEM workshop and keep necessary relations with key direct customers/channel partners.
  • Develop new customer.
  • Enhance sell out to achieve sales target.
  • Accountabilities (Time in %)

  • Workshop visit and training. 20%
  • Customers maintain and management. 30%
  • enhance sell out to achieve sales target. 35%
  • ACE pipeline and Sales X. 15%

YOUR SKILLS
  • Bachelor/Master.
  • Excellent English, communication capability in English.
  • Rich Experience in workshop sales/regional sales.
  • Strong data analysis skill and data insight.
  • Familiar with automotive after sell industry.
  • Strong communication skill with customer and internal cross-functions, project management skill as plus.
  • At least 5-years working experience in Tier 1 Company in Automotive Industry.
