Responsibilities:

  • Retail execution management
  • Understand brand strategy in VM tactics and directive
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for routine meetings and feedback
  • Work closely with Geo team on seasonal campaigns and new store openings
  • Provide valuable input to support brand and retail experience development
  • Coach and develop in-store VM talent
  • Support training sessions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher with proficient English skills
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, graphic design, or fashion/sport-brand companies
  • Strong analytical skills and retail presentation insights
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Leadership experience
  • Knowledge of market trends and understanding of consumers
  • Proficiency in office software and graphics editing tools
