Job Title: Business Development Specialist - Donaldson PF

Company: Donaldson

Job Purpose:

Develop Donaldson PF, particularly in the core Food and Beverage markets including Beer, water, spirits, and dairy sectors;

  • Ensure the attainment of sales and profit objectives and drive growth in the LifeTec liquid business;
  • Successfully expand LifeTec products under the support of corporate resources;
  • Enhance market share and establish the Donaldson company image and LifeTec brand in the process filtration industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve annual sales and margin targets for PF Customers in defined market segments of Food and Beverage industry in the assigned territory.
  • Develop PF business focusing on specific products (LifeTec liquid and sterile air elements) in target markets like dairies, water, spirits, beverages, and food processing.
  • Enhance the Donaldson company brand, including deepening the presence of the LifeTec brand in PF key industry segments to drive sales goals.
  • Identify new business prospects and implement marketing strategies;
  • Define business opportunities and contribute to setting annual sales projections
  • Prepare CRM-based sales reports, routinely update the sales action plan for senior managers
  • Regularly share market insights (industries and competitors) with the sales teams
  • Identify and cultivate key customers within the F&B Industry matching our product scope.
  • Collaborate closely with the global PF team to secure global account business in the assigned territory.

Education Qualification:

Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in biological or food engineering related fields

Technical Competence & Skills:

  • Strong presentation and reporting skills
  • Proficient with Excel, Word, & PowerPoint software
  • Experience with CRM programs is advantageous

Personal Skills:

  • Team player, self-motivated, ambitious, capable of working under pressure, and results-oriented
  • Welcomes challenges with a strong drive to overcome obstacles to achieve goals

Relevant Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in consumable sales within the food and beverage industry, with a solid customer base and relationships, adept at rapidly growing consumable business in F&B markets.
