Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

To support a people ecosystem around important moments – delivering value at every touchpoint and providing HR service and support to defined business area. Supports local HR projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for managers and employees to provide guidance on policies and procedures.
  • Assist employees with all people-related matters, mentor junior managers on people, engagement, and performance, and support decision-making.
  • Implement the People Strategy in a specified area.
  • Assist in Change Management initiatives and the implementation of new organizational design structures.
  • Collaborate on finding solutions to enhance skills and capabilities with expert groups, operationalize workforce planning, and track trends through data analysis.
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics and trends.
  • Contribute to building a strong talent pipeline for the designated support function.
  • Ensure effective execution of HR processes and adapt communication strategies accordingly.
  • Address and resolve concerns, inquiries, and requests from managers and employees promptly.
  • Support managers on various people-related activities such as appraisals, development, and training.
  • Lead HR projects in alignment with business and people objectives.
  • Undertake additional tasks as required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficient in HR practices including labor law, HR expertise, metrics analysis, and employee relations.
  • Business acumen with a customer-centric approach and knowledge of key business processes.
  • Basic consulting skills with the ability to provide HR solutions efficiently.
  • Strong team player who offers high-quality HR support, listens actively, and delivers effective solutions.
  • Organized, proactive, and collaborative individual who is customer-oriented and possesses excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, creative, and proactive in exploring new ideas and approaches.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information effectively.
  • Embraces new methodologies and supports organizational change.
  • Demonstrates comprehension of the business strategy and its implications on tasks.
  • Capable of presenting convincing arguments and recommendations.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Requisite Education and Experience:

  • University degree or equivalent (preferably in Personnel Management).
  • At least 3-5 years of progressive experience in HRBP roles (preferably in an international setting).
