Summary

Responsibilities

  • Support various HR tasks, ranging from basic to moderately complex, encompassing aspects like employee onboarding/offboarding, record maintenance, background checks, and benefits administration, among others.
  • Aid HR managers in overseeing the online recruitment process, from initiation to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and managers alike.
  • Assist in recruitment activities such as reference verifications and coordinating drug screenings.
  • Generate and manage reports for monitoring new hires.
  • Conduct audits on different HR programs and implement necessary administrative actions.
  • Enter new hire data into HRIS, Payroll, and time management systems.
  • Assist in maintaining Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to ensure the secure monitoring of employee confidential details with data accuracy.
  • Conduct precise employment verifications promptly.
  • Provide support to less experienced team members.
  • Fulfill other duties as required or assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (required)

  • 2+ years of Human Resources experience
  • High School diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications

  • Strong background in HR support.
  • Proficient in computer usage, especially with Microsoft applications, Payroll, HRIS, and benefits platforms.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Capability to maintain confidentiality across all domains.
  • Ability to work independently within the designated functional area.
  • Pre-employment screening requirements align with job specifications and industry standards and may be mandated for the role. If necessary, successful applicants must clear pre-employment screenings that might include drug tests, background checks, and other assessments.
