Key responsibilities:
Following Control Tower concept and standards, collaborate, work closely with, as well as provide daily support to assigned Key Accounts Program Lead. Standard Adherence and Performance Monitoring: - follow the account air program solution design process - supporting customer deliverables and required process execution per set standards and customer specific IOP - monitor Performance, SLA Compliance, & KPIs. Responsible for coordinating analytics ,executing customized reports and data mining for the account as required. Coordinate to deliver milestone compliance; performance monitoring. Support Program management on selected customer Monthly/Quarterly business review Supporting Processes: Supporting day-to-day process and escalations. As well as handling claims support, standard SLA support, and systems testing support Continuous Improvement: Identify improvement opportunities in the operational procedure and systems focus on the selected customer to drive high efficiency performance. Support Change Management Procedure: Do trainng to support and efficient implementation and follow up to ensure effective deployment. Customer Relationship: Actively build strong relationships with internal and external customers/stakeholders. Gain an understanding of their business, service needs, and drivers. Process Execution: Ensure smooth execution of the end-to-end shipment by working closely with customer and internal stakeholders.Accountable for
