BP Marketing & Communications Manager

  • Translate market strategies into practical and measurable marketing programs to reach existing clients and potential prospects through flawlessly executed brand and demand generation campaigns across multiple marketing channels.
  • Success in this role will be evaluated based on establishing strong business partnerships, increasing inbound inquiries, and enhancing the brand experience for colleagues, clients, and communities.

We Will Count On You To:

  • Execute and optimize day-to-day marketing campaigns across different channels such as direct mail, email, website, digital/social platforms, online/offline events, and sales support.
  • Collaborate with regional and China marketing teams to ensure consistency of local campaigns with corporate brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee local PR and media relations, organizing press releases, media interviews, and briefings.
  • Organize client-oriented events both online and offline to provide a consistent brand experience.
  • Manage internal communications including employee engagement and senior management communications.
  • Act as the media contact for MMC China, fostering relationships with local media outlets.

What You Need To Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, preferably in field marketing.
  • Background in financial services, professional services, or insurance is advantageous.
  • Experience in PR, media relations, and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English and Chinese.
  • Exceptional knowledge in social and digital marketing, including SEM, SEO, and Wechat ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) is required.
  • Experience in events management is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, team player mindset, and ability to multitask.
  • Highly organized, innovative, and able to think creatively.
  • Ability to self-motivate, plan, and execute tasks independently.
