Client Relationship Manager Position at Automotive Company

Job Summary

As a Client Relationship Manager at our Automotive Company, you will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships. You'll need to deeply understand our business strategy and model, and work on maintaining large accounts to meet our business goals effectively.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage new customer development, project coordination, sales contract signing, and metrics completion. This involves lead identification through market analysis and sales strategy development.
  • Maintain effective communication with key accounts, establish partnerships, and enhance customer satisfaction by understanding and meeting their needs.
  • Understand the company's business strategy and needs to provide solutions, coordinate resources for timely issue resolution, and enhance user experience.
  • Conduct regular customer visits, focus on feedback, and provide quality services for customer satisfaction.
  • Forecast sales activity, develop strategies, explore opportunities, and increase market share.
  • Participate in customer development, maintenance, after-sales service, and establish a sales gateway.
  • Manage customer accounts receivable, credit levels, and files.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and Product Development teams for customer projects.
  • Work on operational excellence, sales forecasting, and inventory management to improve profitability.
  • Schedule and participate in tech suites, trade shows, and product presentations.
  • Support COEM export business in alignment with overseas strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and industry.
  • Initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Understanding financial information and deal analysis.
  • Experience in fast-paced, matrixed environments with multiple customers.
  • Record of meeting commitments with high ethical standards.
  • Team player with effective communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and bilingual in English and Chinese.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Travel Frequency: National travel with reasonable frequency
