Job Description
  • Market Research and Development (targeting potential retrofit industry, customers, and projects);
  • Business Strategy Definition (focusing on risk prevention, pricing strategies, and growth targets);
  • Contract Negotiation (involving price discussions, warranty agreements, confidentiality, and mutual integrity pacts);
  • Technical Support (covering product liability, sample recommendations, validation plans, and product release matters);
  • Project and Product Management (including Joint Development collaborations and product life cycle management);
  • Customer Relationship Management (enhancing CSL in daily matters such as order delivery and business relationship cultivation);
  • Cross-Functional Coordination (collaborating with Marketing, Engineering, Quality Management, Supply Chain, etc.);
  • Global Sales Team Collaborations and internal alignment for global pricing and business model strategy.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field;
  • Working Experience: Background in digitalization or electrification is a must;
  • Proficiency in sales, marketing, or engineering;
  • Fluency in both Chinese and English is required;
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%-50% of working hours.
