Amazon Global Selling has been assisting people and companies in boosting sales and reaching out to new customers worldwide. Over half of Amazon's overall sales now originate from third-party choices.

The team in China is in charge of enrolling local businesses to sell on Amazon's 19 foreign marketplaces, as well as aiding local sellers to succeed and expand their presence on the platform.

The goal is to become the top choice for various Chinese businesses looking to expand globally.

The Asia Global Selling Buy with Prime (BwP) team is currently on the lookout for a versatile, customer-focused, data-driven Product Marketing Manager to enhance awareness and usage among Sellers.

As part of the BwP Team, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving BwP's business growth by collaborating with global and Chinese stakeholders to define comprehensive product communication and activation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to effectively influence target audience and boost awareness & usage of Buy with Prime product.
  • Establish innovative and scalable marketing campaigns, including content marketing, social engagement, and offline event exposure.
  • Identify and utilize all essential online and offline marketing channels to convey key messages and campaigns.
  • Formulate a VoS mechanism to gather CN Seller insights for influencing product offerings.
  • Track marketing performance metrics, consistently seeking enhancements.
  • Establish collaborative mechanisms with cross-functional teams for synergy and operational efficiency.

We are considering candidates who can work from one of the following locations: Shanghai, China.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Demonstrated success in driving the implementation of large-scale project plans involving multiple teams to support business objectives.
  • Proficiency in utilizing data and metrics to measure impact and identify areas for improvement.
  • Skilled in communicating outcomes to senior management.
  • Ability to handle numerous competing priorities concurrently, and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese, with a keen eye for detail.
  • 10+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience, preferably in product marketing or PR.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • MBA qualification preferred.
  • Experience in presenting concepts at various organizational levels to garner backing for initiatives.
  • Background in collaborating with global teams.
  • Capable of fostering innovation and creativity.
  • Demonstrates the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and navigate through ambiguity.
