This role involves managing the new Channel Out Innovation platform business using a co-man model. The main objectives include achieving production volume, cost, and quality targets, providing technical and operational support, negotiating contracts, building sustainable capabilities, and leading innovation projects.


Responsibilities

Channel Out Innovation Process and Launch

  • Lead channel out innovation projects through the Co-man network
  • Develop an innovation framework to optimize resources and streamline processes
  • Manage new line machine Capex plan and oversee design, testing, and installation
  • Support QA for trial runs, qualifications, and commercial production

Field Support for Quality Standards

  • Conduct regular plant visits to ensure quality control practices and standards are met
  • Monitor quality KPIs and coordinate corrective actions with Co-man partners
  • Drive quality improvements and ensure compliance with audits

Operation Planning and Execution

  • Design production agendas and enhance capacity planning
  • Collaborate with teams to meet demand plans and manage operational changes
  • Monitor daily performance and address operational risks

Capability Building

  • Identify productivity opportunities and cost-saving initiatives
  • Develop action plans for sustainable improvements and compliance
  • Optimize supply processes and quality systems
  • Evaluate performance metrics and drive improvements

Qualifications
  • University degree in food science or Foods Engineering
  • Knowledge of food-related materials, equipment, AIB, GMP, and food safety
  • Expertise in material planning, inventory management, and project management
  • Strong negotiation skills and goal-oriented mindset
  • Effective communication and influencing abilities
  • Proficiency in English (CET 6)
  • Industry experience in food and quality management
  • High ethical standards and willingness to travel
  • Market insights and leadership in a matrix organization
