In your new role you will:
Support SMD employees as Processes & Tools (PT) subject matter expert
- Distribution Management
- S&OP
- Business opportunity management
- CRM

Responsible for PT sustenance

•Ensure process governance : understand global process rules & guidelines to make sure user community compliance

•Detect, mitigate and resolve tool issues : be cautious about tool issues from any channel, suggest instant work-arounds and work with IT for resolution

•Provide PT training sessions to newly hired SMD employees

•Find out seeds of improvement opportunities related to PT from daily operations

•Analyze data and build reports for sales forecast and project pipelines

•Participation in global projects for new PT implementation/deployment

•Work closely with the headquarters, other regions and other departments such as IT to understand global situation and share China's issues and/or requirements proactivelyYou are best equipped for this task if you have:
Experience
・Semiconductor manufacturing industry
・Sales, business operations, back office or IT fields
・Work experience using CRM, BI tools and ERP (e.g. Dynamics CRM, Business Objects, Blue Yonder S&OP, SAP ERP)
Skills
・Bachelor degree or higher
・Excellent analytical and communication (both Chinese and English)skills
・Excellent team player with very good interpersonal skills
・Familiar with enterprise systems such as CRM, BI tools and ERP
・Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot table, IF, VLOOKUP, etc.)
・Database knowledge (e.g. know how enterprise data is structured and linked)

- Is curious about Infineon's and customers' business structure and enterprise systems
- Knows well how to utilize Excel and enterprise systems
- Has experience and skills in B2B manufacturing industry
Can provide tailored support to SMD employees as a partner
