Wir suchen einen Cybersecurity Manager (all genders) zur Mitarbeit in unserem Expertenteam, welches IT-Sicherheitslösungen für unsere Kunden konzipiert und umsetzt.

Der Schwerpunkt unserer Aufgaben liegt in der Absicherung komplexer Systeme und Organisationen:

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von ganzheitlichen Cybersecurity-Strategien im Bereich der digitalen Transformation, Cloudlösungen, Industrie 4.0 und IoT
  • Prozessoptimierung und -einführung für Informationssicherheit und Produktentwicklung (IAM, Risikomanagement, Personalsicherheit, etc.)
  • Analyse und Optimierung von Organisationsstrukturen und Security-Governance-Prozessen nach etablierten Industriestandards
  • Projekt- und Programmmanagement im Bereich von Cybersecurity-Strategien und -lösungen

Du bist ein analytisch denkender Mensch mit hoher sozialer und kommunikativer Kompetenz, bist neugierig und arbeitest gerne im Team? Neben einem hohen Maß an Eigeninitiative und einer unternehmerischen Can-Do-Mentalität zeichnest Du Dich durch folgende Eigenschaften aus:

  • Leidenschaft für Digitalisierungsthemen und Informationssicherheit
  • Strategische Denkweise und die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Hervorragender Hochschulabschluss (MINT)
  • Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Beratungsbereich und/oder entsprechende Projekterfahrung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse gängiger Beratungsmethoden und -werkzeuge, gängiger Informationssicherheitsstandards (z.B. ISO270XX, NIST SP 800 Serie) und IT-Management-Frameworks (z.B. ITIL, Cobit)
  • Fließend Deutsch und Englisch
