  • Broad understanding of Marketing Technology
  • Broad understanding of IKEA concept, brand objectives, values, and vision
  • Broad understanding of IKEA tools, processes, and cycles
  • Broad understanding of Group strategies, priorities, and business planning process
  • Good grasp of change management methods and tools as well as stakeholder management
  • Broad understanding of the IKEA multichannel reality and online customer behaviors
  • Broad understanding of operational plans and goals as well as monitoring KPIs
YOUR ROLE
  • Act as an integral part of the Marketing Management team to actively contribute to marketing plan/output
  • Lead Customer Engagement team and oversee the entirety of the IKEA family offer and CRM in the market
  • Devise and execute the country engagement strategy aligned with marketing objectives
  • Identify and enhance the strategic contribution from varied customer groups to meet business targets
  • Define local IKEA Family benefits and other loyalty programs/customer clubs
  • Brief CRM hub on common content needs and data compliance requirements
  • Manage local processes for market-specific trigger executions and data compliance
  • Lead store-based FAMILY co-workers to maximize family impact in stores
  • Promote IKEA values and contribute to the company's transformation
  • Utilize performance indicators to identify gaps and needs for achieving business objectives
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure integration and maximize impact
  • Support integrated multichannel development through personalized marketing
  • Engage in all communication initiatives within and outside commercial areas
