- Act as an integral part of the Marketing Management team to actively contribute to marketing plan/output
- Lead Customer Engagement team and oversee the entirety of the IKEA family offer and CRM in the market
- Devise and execute the country engagement strategy aligned with marketing objectives
- Identify and enhance the strategic contribution from varied customer groups to meet business targets
- Define local IKEA Family benefits and other loyalty programs/customer clubs
- Brief CRM hub on common content needs and data compliance requirements
- Manage local processes for market-specific trigger executions and data compliance
- Lead store-based FAMILY co-workers to maximize family impact in stores
- Promote IKEA values and contribute to the company's transformation
- Utilize performance indicators to identify gaps and needs for achieving business objectives
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure integration and maximize impact
- Support integrated multichannel development through personalized marketing
- Engage in all communication initiatives within and outside commercial areas
